Description
The Melbourne Piano Trio has quickly established itself as one of the most dynamic and sought-after chamber music groups in Australia. Among many other performances and accolades, the members of the trio have achieved the following:
HOLLY PICCOLI has appeared in concerts at the KENNEDY CENTRE, at CARNEGIE HALL, and ALICE TULLY HALL in New York, has been a member of the YALE PHILHARMONIA and concert-master of the YALE OPERA ORCHESTRA.
CHRIS HOWLETT has performed as a concerto soloist with orchestras and ensembles in Milan, Rome, Paris and in Estonia and recently made his solo debut in London as a guest of the TAIT FOUNDATION and in Dubai, for the DUBAI INTERNATIONAL CONCERT COMMITTEE.
RHODRI CLARKE has recorded for the DEUTSCHE GRAMMAPHON label with tenor, Rolando Villazon and the BOLIVAR SOLOISTS and toured extensively with the group including giving performances at the BERLIN PHILHARMONIE, the VIENNA KONZERTHAUS, London’s ROYAL FESTIVAL HALL and the THEATRE DES CHAMPS-ELYSEES in Paris.
